Shows

IDG Dressage runs a series of unaffiliated Dressage shows each year, this includes both traditional shows and virtual online shows. All are shows are run under BD rules and using BD listed judges. 

IDG Open and Championship Show 

Join us for the September Dressage Show! 
Date: Sunday 6 October 2024
Venue: Lower Haddon Livery, Bampton OX18 2AT

 

From Intro to Advanced Medium, experience a great day of dressage. Open to all, members and non-members alike. Don't miss the chance to be part of this friendly and supportive event! See you there! 

 

Championship classes

  • Intro to Elementary: Rider must have achieved 60% or more at any previous (including Virtual) show held during 2024;

  • Medium & Advanced Medium: Rider must have been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd at any previous (including Virtual) show held during 2024.

  • Non-championship classes are available to everyone to enter as well.

  • Whips and callers are not allowed in Championship classes.

 

We have prizes for winners of all classes as well as beautiful Champion and Reserve Champion rosettes and sashes for our members who are Championship winners.

Training Clinics

We host many clinics and opportunities for training throughout the year, these are with specially selected knowledgable and experienced trainers. 

Adam Murdin Training Clinic

Date: Sunday 22 September 2024
Venue: Abingdon Riding For The Disabled Group, Lower Lodge Riding Centre, Charney Road, Southmoor, Oxfordshire OX135HW

Adam is an International dressage trainer having trained a Paralympic Silver and Bronze medallist and a young rider Eventing Team Gold medallist. He is happy to help riders achieve their goals from grass roots level through to Grand Prix.
